Carrier choices, service levels, and timing
DHL and USPS provide our standard, expedited, and priority delivery services. Unless a carrier experiences an unavoidable delay, transit is generally estimated at 1–7 business days after fulfillment. FedEx and USPS express options are available for an additional charge, and the preferred shipping service can be selected at checkout. Transit periods can vary, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and Support can provide further information.
Fulfillment commitment
We understand how difficult waiting can feel and will fulfill each order as soon as possible. If a shipping-confirmation email has not arrived by the third business day after the order was placed, contact Support for assistance.
Freight and shipping forwarders
Orders cannot be delivered to freight forwarders or shipping-forwarding services. An order intended for either type of forwarding destination will be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided.
