Return window and eligibility
A return request must reach us no later than 30 days after the order is received. The item must come back unused and unworn, in the condition in which it arrived, with every tag attached and in its original packaging; keep the receipt or other purchase evidence. Begin the request by emailing rakayetkaushal@gmail.com. An approved return must be sent to 2996 N 13th St, Kansas City, Kansas, 66104, United States. When a return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label together with instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Do not ship an item back before approval, because an unsolicited return will not be accepted. Direct any return question to rakayetkaushal@gmail.com.
Problems on arrival
Inspect the delivery promptly. Contact rakayetkaushal@gmail.com immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered so that we can review the problem and make it right.
Items that cannot be returned
Returns are unavailable for perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Ask before sending anything if eligibility is uncertain. Sale items and gift cards are also final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest exchange method is to return the original item under this policy and, once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union cancellation right
An order delivered into the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days without justification. The same unused, unworn, tagged, original-packaging, and proof-of-purchase conditions still apply.
Refund timing
After the return arrives and is inspected, we will state whether the refund is approved. An approved amount is sent automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and no credit appears, email rakayetkaushal@gmail.com.
